Task & board data
Stored to power your workspace and the triage signals it runs on. Kept for the life of your account and deleted on request when you leave.
Document content
Docs and knowledge-base entries are stored as part of your workspace, visible only to members with access to the project they sit in.
Meeting content
Transcripts submitted for summarization are processed to produce the digest and retained only as long as needed for that workspace, then removed on your schedule.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Traffic between your team and KITEBED is encrypted over TLS. Data stored on our side is encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, and retention windows are honored on the schedule your workspace sets.

We build to widely accepted security practices - encryption, least-privilege access and role separation - and we won't claim certifications we don't hold.
